CAN YOU CREATE SOMETHING FOR ME THAT IS NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Absolutely! You simply message us via the "SEND US A NOTE" section on the front page or email us directly at johanna@theguerrerogroupllc.com with any photos, art, and ideas you would like to add to a pre-made design or you would like to have custom made.

ARE CLOTHING ITEMS TRUE TO SIZE?

For the most part yes. However, the texture and fit of the clothing depend on your taste.

ALL 100% Cotton Pull-Over Hoodies fit as expected and are true to size.

in most cases, I will attempt to provide 100%cotton. If in the case, I am only able to secure a cotton/poly blend hoodie, I have found the Zipper style has a more fitted look, so it may fit more snugly than the traditional hoodie. If that is the case I will notify you and you can decide if you want to order one size larger.


ALL 100% Polyester Shirts for SUBLIMATION designs fit true to size. However, it is a fitted-relax type fit. So if you like a little more room with your clothing, I recommend ordering one size larger.

ALL 100% Heavy Cotton T-shirt for all Vinyl designs fit true to size. This shirt will Fit as expected and may shrink slightly in the wash.


ALL 100% "Soft" Cotton T-shirts for Vinyl Designs Fit TRUE TO  SIZE. However, they have a more fitted cut. I recommend ordering one size larger if you do not like feeling too snug.


Tri-Blend shirts offer you a soft feel with a relaxed look. I have found these styles of shirts in Adult sizes S-XXL. There is an additional $5 fee from the vendor for these style of shirts.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

At this time, you will check-out out without entering your payment information. Upon delivery or pickup you can make payment via Cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, ApplePay, or any major credit card using the SQUARE. Taxes and fees (3.5% + 15¢ per transaction) apply when the SQUARE is used.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Because every item is custom made we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. The only exception is if we incorrectly input the information. Please insure you have clearly selected the correct Design and inputted your custom information correctly. We will send you a proof via text or email that you will need to accept before we complete your design.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Not at this time.
